“A Community for Practical Life Skills Development”
The Journey combines a number of different events into one fun night each Wednesday. It is all about building community by sharing and learning together. We offer activities and classes for all ages, from infant to adult.
It is our hope that you will connect with others in our local community, find support and explore opportunities to learn practical life skills.

The Journey has fall, winter, and spring sessions that coincide with the local school year.

- Adult class fees are required for registration.
- Nursery care available for birth-2 years for parents attending adult classes.
FALL 2017 CLASSES
Join us Wednesday nights as we equip and encourage students to live in passionate relationship with God. We're all about Jesus and the life he gives. We want students to know him and to understand who he made them to be. Our students meet to worship, interact with teachings, serve our community, develop authentic lasting relationships, hang out and participate in life together.

Lil' K - Fun videos, games and activities for kids.Kindergarten - 5th Grade
Your kids will get wisdom from God to meet life's challenges as we study Psalms, Proverbs and Parables in fun ways. Music, Games, Activities, Small Groups, Fun and Friends will make Wednesday nights a night your children look forward to.Registration Fee: Free (register when signing in)
“Grace Based Parenting” by Dr Tim Kimmel. Join other single moms and learn a parenting style that mirrors God's love, reflects His forgiveness, and displaces fear as a motivator for behavior. As we embrace the grace God offers, we begin to give it - creating a solid foundation for growing morally strong and spiritually motivated children.
Cost $5-includes one workbook.

This class is intended for people with limited knowledge of the job search process, limited success with that process, and/or difficulty keeping a job. Jobs for Life covers basice job search skills (developing a vocational plan, creating a resume, finding job openings, building a network, preparing for interviews, etc.). More importantly, it also covers the skills and character traits which are needed in order to succeed and advance in any job. Weekly homework assignments enable students to apply and personalize the material. Space is limited.

Marriage vows often include the promise to "love and cherish, until death do us part." But what does it mean to cherish our spouse? Join us for this class based on Gary Thomas's book "Cherish: The One Word That Changes Everything for Your Marriage". and take your marriage to the next level.
Cost: $10 per couple, includes 1 workbook; additional workbooks available for $8
How do you sort through the chaos of thousands of voices clamoring for your attention and make decisions by design rather than by default? If you get where you are going, where will you be?
